Parking
Studioplex has access to limited free street parking as well as a paid parking deck. Hourly paid parking is in the parking deck or lot next to the building. ARC does not currently validate parking. Paid parking is through the Metropolis app and does require making an account and using a credit card, however the first 15 minutes parking is free for drop off and pick ups.

Free street parking is available and sometimes somewhat difficult to find. Please allot time for finding street parking if preferred.

See the photo below (red lines) for street parking that is most often available.

Unit #228: Use one of the three options below.

1. Front Entrance
   If you park on Auburn Avenue or nearby, you can enter the front through the courtyard and find the middle staircase. Go up one flight and go left into the building. Once in the building, turn right at the next hall and go almost to the end. You’ll see “228” on the right.

2. Side Entrance
   If you pay for parking lot or are coming from the Beltline, you can enter up the last staircase closest to the parking garage. When you enter the building, you’ll see the office straight ahead.

3. Rear/Parking Garage Entrance
   If you park in the parking garage, you can use the elevator or stairs to get to the second floor and then enter through the door closest to the elevator. Go down the hallway and you’ll see “228” on the left.

Unit #103: Use one of the two options below.

1. Rear/Parking Garage Entrance
   If you park in the deck or on Airline St, look for the first floor far corner exit by Janke Glass Studio and go through the large gate that leads into the backyard grass area of Studioplex. Suite #103 is the third unit to the right along the path.

2. Front Entrance
   If you enter from the front of the Studioplex building into the courtyard, walk about halfway back and take a right through a hallway (there are several options which all go to the same place) to the backyard grass area. Follow the path to the left and look for Unit #103 on your left.

Ring the doorbell if the door is locked.

If you can’t find your way or are running late, please contact the therapist your scheduled therapist through the email/phone number they gave you.

Mobility assistance:
If you need ADA compliant facilities or have mobility needs, please let your therapist know and it’s likely it’s possible to meet out of Suite $103 which is on the first floor. If you need support to get to the second floor, we recommend one of two options.
1. Parking on the second floor of the deck to access the door farthest to your right.
2. Use the elevator on the first floor in the building.

To access the elevator, enter on the first floor into the middle courtyard and go into the building to the right if you are facing the parking garage. The elevator is farthest from the parking garage. If you have any concerns, please let your therapist know and they can help support you finding it. Once you exit the elevator on the second floor, find and cross the courtyard into the other building. Once in the building, turn right at the next hall and go almost to the end. You’ll see “228” on the right.

Allergy concerns:
ARC has two therapy dogs and is emotion support animal (ESA) friendly. Please speak to your therapist about options if you have concerns related to allergies. If you have an ESA and would like to work with your animal in therapy, please discuss options with your therapist. You’ll be asked to fill out paperwork required to liability for having that animal on site.
