Tazilyn Graves MFT
Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale…a space where you don't have to filter yourself or have everything figured out.
My approach is warm and nonjudgmental, with honesty, curiosity, and a touch of humor when appropriate.
Whether you're navigating life on your own or alongside a partner(s), I'll meet you where you are and work collaboratively to create meaningful, lasting change.
I use a systemic approach that recognizes how our relationships, families, cultures, and life experiences shape who we are. I enjoy working with clients exploring kink and BDSM, consensual nonmonogamy, and interracial dating. I also support individuals and couples as they strengthen intimacy, improve communication, heal after infidelity, navigate life and relationship transitions, and build healthier boundaries.
My own life experiences have deepened my commitment to providing care that honors each person's unique background and lived experiences. I am also dedicated to helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in communities of color.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up authentically, deepen their relationships, and create a life that feels fulfilling and true to who they are.
