LIzzie Sockwell

I am dedicated to establishing a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to feel seen and heard.

I believe that individuals experience growth through cultivating deeper connections with both themselves and others. Empathy, authenticity, and collaboration are at the core of my work.

Together, we can build trust and create an open, secure environment to address concerns that may contribute to dissatisfaction in life, career, and relationships.

I love working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those navigating life transitions or struggling with identity. I specialize in guiding clients through challenges in interpersonal connections, fostering personal growth, and encouraging authenticity in navigating life's complexities.

Integrating evidence-based practices, my goal is to guide individuals to illuminate their strengths, access inner sources of motivation, and develop a personalized plan to connect with and bring forth their ideal self.
