LIzzie Sockwell MECMHC APC

I AM COMMITTED TO CREATING A SAFE, NON-JUDGMENTAL SPACE WHERE YOU CAN FEEL TRULY SEEN AND HEARD.

I provide couples/relationship therapy and individual therapy. I have experience working in both residential and outpatient settings and incorporate evidence-based principles from DBT, CBT, EFT, IFS and Somatic into my therapeutic practice.

I support individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependence/interpersonal conflicts, intense/overwhelming emotions and more. I love working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, those navigating life transitions, or those struggling with identity.

EMPATHY, AUTHENTICITY, AND COLLABORATION ARE AT THE HEART OF MY WORK.

I believe growth happens when we build deeper connections with ourselves and with others. I meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences and needs. Together, we’ll build trust and create an open, supportive environment to explore the concerns impacting your life.

If you would like to see if we’re a good fit I offer a 15 minute phone or virtual consultation call. I would love to hear from you!
