The purpose of my practice is to provide a trustworthy, non-judgmental space for exploration and reflection while learning and applying new coping skills into your life.

I meet each client where they are and provide guidance, validation, and support.

All clients deserve a supportive space to explore issues. I aim to create safe relationship with clients to help achieve goals and find personal growth.

I operate from evidence-based techniques to help clients gain knowledge and growth. I work with adolescents and adults in both group and individual settings.
