Will Ard Lmsw

Everyone’s experience inside (and outside of) therapy is unique, which is why I adapt my therapeutic approach to work collaboratively with those I see.

I primarily pull from psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral techniques, and internal family systems. With my background in music and passion for media psychology, any opportunity to integrate art, humor, and creativity into our work together is embraced.

I practice through a lens of social justice, trauma informed care, and shame resilience theory.

I remain grateful for the opportunity to serve as a therapist and hope to meet with you soon!
