Kimberley Knox APC

Life can be such a challenging road to travel, especially if you have experiences with not being seen or heard, not feeling like you belong, undercontrol/overcontrol tendencies, holding on to generational trauma, and more…and I want to applaud you for making this courageous step in your healing journey.

It is my hope to have the pleasure in helping you see and believe that you have the right to take up space, to be seen, to be heard, to validate your experience and feelings, to help you find yourself and accept yourself unconditionally, to process and heal from past trauma, and manage emotions. If any of these desired outcomes sound like a personal goal for you, then we may be a good fit therapeutically, to achieve these goals together.

I will help you reach your goals through trauma-informed care, and holding acceptance and change together, with a specialization in EMDR, DBT, RO-DBT, and schema work.

Life is a journey of continuous self-discovery and I often think of therapy as a walk home, where you will lead the way and I will accompany you and set a pace that feels good to you, as I facilitate healing along the way. Throughout our journey together, I will be there for support as we travel down the dark alleys, as well as cheering you on and building you up, as we make our way through the beautiful back roads.

It is truly a heart desire of mine to see you not just survive in life but to thrive in it. I would be honored to travel this journey together...are you ready to begin that walk?
