Group Offerings

 

ARC offers private pay services (not directly through insurance) and does provide a Superbill for Out of Network services for reimbursement by insurance.


DBT Skills

DBT Skills focus on learning mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills . The overarching goals is increase capacity to ride the waves of emotion more effectively and communicate needs to others, without using maladaptive coping strategies that include self harm, substance use, and ineffective communication.

  • Skills groups offer support around both learning and practice in a group setting.

  • Group members are expected to attend weekly and are required to meet with their individual therapist at least bimonthly (not required to be an ARC therapist).

For adults

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills group for adults 18+ . Group members commit to each module of 10 weeks, with 30 weeks total to complete curriculum.

RODBT Skills

RODBT Skills focus on increasing psychological flexibility from an overcontrolled coping style that helps increase social safety and connection.

  • Skills groups offer support around both learning and practice in a group setting.

  • Group members are expected to attend regularly and meet with their individual therapist at least bimonthly (not required to be an ARC therapist).

For adults

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills class for adults 18+ . Group members commit initially to 15 weeks and completion is approximately 30 weeks. Accepting rolling admissions to groups.
